GTA 3 coming to mobile devices on Dec 15.

Marking the 10 year anniversary of the game that changed everything.


When I play GTA 3, it takes me back to 2001. The graphics, the music and the gameplay all were perfect. Now 10 years later, Rockstar is looking to change the mobile market by releasing a mobile version of the open world of GTA 3.

Available on both iOS and Android devices, GTA 3 will make it's debut on Dec 15 for only $4.99. However, it will only play on higher end devices only including iPhone 4/S, iPad and 4th Gen iPod Touch. On the Android side the list is a whole lot smaller compared to all the android phones available on the market:

Smartphones: HTC Rezound, LG Optimus 2x, Motorola Atrix 4G, Motorola Droid X2, Motorola Photon 4G, Samsung Galaxy R, T-Mobile G2x

Tablets: Acer Iconia, Asus Eee Pad Transformer, Dell Streak 7, LG Optimus Pad, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and 10.1, Sony Tablet S, Toshiba Thrive

A PS2 is a whole lot cheaper than buying a new smart phone to play this game but if you have one of the mentioned smart phones, why not take a stroll down memory lane.
