On November 9 Microsoft will release a new redesigned controller for the Xbox 360 which is pictured above. Now I will say it does have a neat design and it wouldn't be such a bad idea to include it with the new Xbox 360 Slim near in the future. The controller will be release on November 9 for a price tag of $64.99 with a play and charge kit.
Now the point of this new controller is the new D-Pad which if some users don't understand is just to bump up the D-Pad by twisting it. If the D-pad is twisted the D-pad will raise a bit but if it's twisted the opposite direction the it will return to it's normal form.
Like stated before the design is fantastic and quite frankly its one of the better looking Xbox 360 controllers out there. Other than that the twisting D-pad is really useless in my opinion. The reason why people complain is because the D-pad is at such a weird position and it makes it difficult to reach it while playing fighting games or games that require the D-pad. Raising it a bit isn't really going to change anything but who knows. I might be wrong.
