Starting Nov 18, you can only share between 2 PS3's and 2PSP's
Remember when games came in physical format. They still do but I'm sure that's about to change soon too. What I like about physical format first as a collector I have something physical to hold in my hand that is potentially an investment. If I decide to get rid of it I could give it to one of my friends or sell it for 1/3 of what I paid for which still gives me some satisfaction.
Now that everything is done digitally the market seems to be moving that direction and we will all lose our freedom to share. It seems Sony is the first company to be getting a head start on things.
Starting Nov. 18 users will only be able to register 2 PS3 devices and 2 PSP devices and share content such as games and add ons via those devices. The user will have the option to disactivate any devices that they no longer own so it's not all down hill for everyone. What does suck is that you will no longer be able to share games with everyone in your household that owns a PSP, PSVita or PS3 if you own more than 3 and trust me its possible.
I for one don't really care much for DLC and still prefer my purchases to have a physical format instead of being tied down by what Sony and other companies might tell me otherwise.
