So I understand when a company needs to hire someone and they have a set of specifications that the employee must meet before hiring them. But when you ask fans to help out in the development process and say anyone can apply as long as your an avid megaman fan is an understatement. What they meant to say is as long as you speak Japanese you're more than welcome to apply otherwise don't bother.
That is what the job is for and in my opinion practically alienates millions of fans across the US even from their own city of San Mateo, CA. On top of that they also require that you must have online skills. I appreciate Capcom asking fans to help but to promise something to a fan only to tell them sorry you don't have the required skills is total BS. They are just getting the hopes of fans up and then when they read about the job description it just brings their hopes down. Here is the full job description and you judge for yourself.
