Greatest Hits normally adds features but Demon Souls takes away features.
I lied Demon Souls isn't really taking away any features. Although Online gameplay will soon be gone if it hasn't already. They should have just removed the online feature from the titles and added some extra features to make up of what was lost.
All in all $30 for a game that will bring you much happiness and sadness is worth it. Demon Souls GH should be in stores soon.
