It appears that 2 new editions have been added to the Collectors Edition for Assassins Creed 3. These editions include some great goodies but have only been announced in Europe with no word on the US Release. These editions are known are Join or Die and the Freedom Edition.
The Join or Die Edition comes with Collectors Box, Connors Medallion, George Washington's, An extra single player mission and a multiplayer package.
The Freedom edition comes with more goodies but not some of the items found on the Join or Die Edition. You do get a Connor statue, Alex's Ross Steelbook case, Collectors Box, George Washington's Notebook, 2 Single player missions and a Multiplayer package.
