This alleged video is suppose to be a leaked video for a PS4 commercial but there are so many things wrong with it.
First of all anyone can get any PS3 video where the PS3 is not shown and just add a PS3 logo at the end. We're at an age where even if a ghost were to present himself to you and say "Hi yes were real" and you were to take a picture and show it to the world, chances are people will not believe you at all.
Is Sony testing the PS4? maybe. But this video doesn't justify that. It seems that it can easily be a commercial for the PS3 with 3D capabilities. At the end of the video it shows the game Modern Warfare 2. I think it could just be a commercial for Sony advertising the PS3's 3D capabilities.
It's going to be a while before Sony announces anything to the world in terms of PS4. While I am excited to see what Sony does next besides the motion controller, I rule this as a nice hoax played by someone.
